Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Adanola pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and water bottles cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the products are free from any marks or makeup.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
